Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern the services provided by Foundly ("we", "us", "our") to you ("you", the "client"). By starting a trial or subscription you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The service

We provide Google Business Profile management and related local search, review, content and citation services on a subscription billed every 28 days, per business location. The exact work is described on our website and may be improved or adjusted over time. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

What we need from you

To deliver the service you agree to: grant and maintain manager access to your Google Business Profile and any connected accounts; give us accurate, lawful information about your business; supply photos and respond to approval requests within a reasonable time; and hold all necessary rights and consents for any material you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. Delays or missing access may affect the results we can achieve.

Reviews and content

We help you request genuine reviews from real customers and we respond to reviews on your behalf in a professional tone. We do not write fake reviews, incentivise reviews in breach of platform rules, or filter or hide honest negative feedback. Where a review appears to breach a platform's policies we can flag it for removal, but the decision to remove any review rests entirely with the platform and is not guaranteed. Content we create for you (posts, images, videos, descriptions) may be used by you while your subscription is active.

Third-party platforms

Our service depends on platforms we do not control, including Google, Apple, Meta, YouTube, Bing and various directories. Their policies, features, algorithms and availability can change or a profile may be suspended or restricted for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or decisions of these platforms, and such events do not constitute a failure of our service.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, visibility, calls, leads and revenue are influenced by many factors including your market, competition, category and the platforms' own systems. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, level of traffic or business outcome. Any timelines, examples or figures we share are illustrative, not promises. We will always give you an honest assessment of what is realistic for your business.

Trial, billing and cancellation

New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged Β£295 per location and every 28 days thereafter, handled securely by Stripe. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date by emailing hello@gofoundly.com; cancellation stops future charges. Payments already taken for a current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Your profile stays yours

You retain ownership of your Google Business Profile and all of your business content at all times. We act only as a manager on your account and will remove our access when your subscription ends. The reviews, photos, posts and information built up remain yours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to ask us to carry out anything false, misleading or in breach of any platform's policies or applicable law. We may decline or stop work that would put you or us in breach of those rules, and we may suspend or end the service for non-payment or misuse.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from information or materials you provide or instructions you give.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on our website applies to your ongoing use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
